The Physiotherapy Study Program, in collaboration with the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Provides Health Services for the Elderly in Jagapati Village, Denpasar


To celebrate the Anniversary of the Elderly in Banjar Bhayangkara, Jagapati Village, Denpasar, the Physiotherapy Study Program of Udayana University, in collaboration with the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held a Community Service Activity (P2M) on Sunday, July 19, 2026.


This activity, themed "Elderly Health Services," aimed to improve the health and quality of life of the elderly. The series of activities included counseling on metabolic syndrome treatment, blood pressure checks for the elderly, and balance examinations and measurements for early detection of fall risk.


Through this interdisciplinary collaboration, it is hoped that the community will receive comprehensive health education while raising awareness of the importance of disease prevention and management in old age.


The Community Service Activity was attended by all lecturers from the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics and lecturers from the Physiotherapy Study Program, Udayana University.
