The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Holds the 2026 Warriors Student Creativity Program (PKM) Awards Ceremony
The Academic and Achievement Department (AKASI) of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held the 2026 Warriors Student Creativity Program (PKM) Awards Ceremony in the Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University, on Sunday, June 21, 2026.
PKM Warriors 2026 is a work program designed to develop students' capacity to foster critical, creative, and innovative thinking skills through the Student Creativity Program (PKM). The theme of this activity is "Aperture to Wonderland: Exploring the Uncharted Mind," reflecting students' enthusiasm for exploring new ideas, creating innovations, and generating solutions to various societal problems.
This program focuses not only on the award ceremony but also includes a series of activities aimed at guiding students in developing high-quality and competitive PKM proposals. The series of activities included outreach, an idea exploration roadshow, field workshops, and intensive mentoring in the idea development and proposal development process.
The culmination of the event was a Final Work Presentation, Work Exhibition, and Award Ceremony as a token of appreciation for the dedication, creativity, and hard work of the participants throughout the entire PKM Warriors 2026 program.
The event was also attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D.; the Advisor of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine, represented by Dr. I Gusti Ayu Indah Ardani, Sp.K.J., Subsp. A.R.(K).; the Coordinators of each Study Program of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University; the Faculty of Medicine Student Organization (LMFK); representatives of the Semi-Autonomous Body (BSO); and the Chairpersons of Student Associations from each study program within the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., expressed his appreciation to all participants for their enthusiasm, dedication, and innovation during the 2026 PKM Warriors series. He also expressed his hope that the proposals they had prepared would continue to be developed and submitted to the university and national levels. Through this process, students are expected to further hone their critical thinking skills, creativity, and research competency, so that more proposals from the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, will be able to secure funding and achieve success at the national level.
As a token of appreciation for the participants' achievements, awards were also presented to the winners by the Advisor of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, represented by Dr. I Gusti Ayu Indah Ardani, Sp.K.J., Subsp. A.R.(K). This moment served as a symbol of appreciation for students' innovation, hard work, and contributions in generating ideas that benefit society.
Through this activity, it is hoped that student interest in participating in the Student Creativity Program will increase, encouraging innovations that impact society, and producing superior proposals that can compete at the National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS). PKM Warriors 2026 is a concrete step in fostering a culture of research and innovation among students of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, towards sustainable achievements.
