Closing the series of Udayana Dentistry Scientific Competition (UDSC) 2024, the Dentistry Student Association of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (HMKG FK Unud) held the UDSC 2024 Final event which was held at Horison Le Aman Hotel, Jimbaran. (27/10/2024)

UDSC 2024 which was held for 3 days (October 25-27, 2024) carried the theme "Increasing Inclusivity and Equity Towards National Oral Health Coverage Through the Use of Digital Technology" and was chaired by Adelia Zahra Phaloza (PSSKGPDG FK Udayana class of 2022). The excitement of USDC 2024 can be seen from the number of participants who participated as many as 34 public poster teams, 32 popular essay teams, and 12 dental carving participants from 21 different universities throughout Indonesia. From all the teams that registered then filtered into 10 public poster teams, 10 popular essay teams, and 6 tooth carving participants from 11 different universities throughout Indonesia who flew directly to Bali.

The participants who managed to become champions in each branch of the UDSC 2024 competition were:

A. Public Poster competition branch

1. 1st place Airlangga University

2. 2nd place Airlangga University

3. 3rd place Udayana University

B. Popular Essay competition branch

1. 1st place Mulawarman University

2. 2nd place Mulawarman University

3. 3rd place Gadjah Mada University

C. Tooth Carving Competition

1. 1st place Lambung Mangkurat University

2. 2nd place Brawijaya University

3. 3rd place Lambung Mangkurat University.

The USDC 2024 Final event was also attended by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Dentistry and Dentist Profession Study Program Dr. drg. Putu Lestari Sudirman, M.Biomed., HMKG Supervisor drg. Desak Nyoman Ari Susanti, M.Kes., Head of BEM represented by Inaya Noor Adnin and HMKG Chair Luh Devany Natania Putri Wikarsa.
