The Public Health Undergraduate Study Program (PSSKM) together with the Information Management and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS) FK Unud held a Guest Lecture which was the second series in the Udayana Medical and Health Guest Lecture Series 2021 with the topic "Global Health: Post Covid-19 Pandemic" live via Zoom and Youtube (3/12/2021)

The event began with remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes who on this occasion also officially opened the Inaugural Visiting Professor Lecture, as an official sign of the joining of Prof. Shailey Prasad at Udayana University. He conveyed that the topic raised at this event was very interesting and important because it was related to the role of primary services in global health and its relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. He hopes that the experience from the resource persons will be useful to improve the understanding of students, lecturers and the institution as a whole.

This guest lecture event presented a guest lecturer who is also a visiting professor at PSSKM FK Unud - Prof. Shailey Prasad, MD, MBBS, MPH from the University of Minnesota.

According to the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program - dr. Putu Ayu Swandewi Astuti, S.Ked, MPH, Ph.D. The purpose of this Guest Lecturer Lecture is to support the internationalization efforts of Study Programs and the Faculty of Medicine, increase the insight of students and lecturers by gaining experience from lecturers from outside Udayana and abroad. The Guest Lecture raised the topic "Global Health Post COVID-19 Pandemic", discussing the Global Health Perspective and the importance of Strengthening Primary Health Care Systems in the COVID-19 pandemic and post pandemic era.

This activity was also attended by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information at FK Unud - Prof.dr.I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
