Udayana University's Faculty of Medicine Receives Visit from Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) Unram for the Establishment of Specialist Medical Education Programs

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, welcomed a visit from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Mataram University, on November 13, 2025, at the Prof. Dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Room, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Denpasar. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the planned opening of Specialist Study Programs in Cardiovascular Medicine, Pediatrics, and Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Mataram University. The delegation from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Mataram University, was led by Dean Dr. dr. Arfi Syamsun, Sp.KF., M.Sc., Med., and received by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT., Subsp.Onk.Ort.R(K).

In his remarks, Prof. Eka expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, to support the establishment of the Specialist Doctor Education Program (PPDS) at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Mataram. The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, will support human resources and, in accordance with the government's mandate, advance health standards in Indonesia and support the progress of their respective institutions.

The event was also attended by representatives from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Mataram: the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. dr. Nurhidayanti, M.Kes.; the Cardiovascular Specialist Study Program Establishment Team, Dr. dr. Yusra Pintaningrum, Sp.JP.; Dr. dr. Hanna Indrayana, Sp.JP.; the Ear, Nose, Throat, and Head and Neck Surgery Specialist Study Program Establishment Team, Dr. Titi Pambudi Karunia Waty, Sp.THT-KL.; and Dr. Eka Arie Yuliyani, M. Biomed., Sp.THT-KL.; and the Pediatrics Specialist Study Program Establishment Team, Dr. Titi Pembudi Kuruniawaty, Sp.A., M.Sc., dr. Linda Silvana Sari, M.Biomed., Sp.A., dr. Putu Aditya Wiguna, Sp.A., M.SC., and Head of the Collaboration Unit, dr. Marisa Syavitri Dilaga, MPH. Meanwhile, from the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, those present were the Coordinator of the Cardiology and Blood Vessels Specialist Study Program, dr. I Made Putra Swi Antara, S.Ked., Sp.JP., Coordinator of the Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgery Specialist Study Program, Dr. dr. Made Lely Rahayu, Sp.THT-KL(K), Coordinator of the Pediatric Health Science Specialist Study Program, dr.
