Visitation of Nacalai Tesque, Inc., Kyoto Japan to the Integrated Biomedical Laboratory Unit of FK Unud
The collaborative research collaboration between the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and Nacalai Tesque, Inc., Kyoto was followed up with a visitation by the Nacalai Team at the Integrated Biomedical Laboratory Unit, FK Unud for the development of facilities and infrastructure in the field of cell culture. The visit was received directly by the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., to prepare a room to facilitate research in the field of stem cells. It is hoped that in the future, cell culture research, especially related to stem cells, will continue to develop for teaching staff and students in the FK Unud environment.
On this occasion, dr. Gede Wara Samsarga, Sp.BPRE., as the Chief Researcher presented the research plan that will be carried out at the LBT Unit of FK Unud to Nacalai which was continued with a discussion session. Nacalai supports FK Unud's research for the development of conditioned medium Stem Cell and hopes that the collaboration can continue in the future.
The Nacalai team that attended were Putu Andhika, Ph.D, Akira Hashimoto, and Ayako Nakajima. The FK Unud team that accompanied were UPIKS Coordinator Dr. dr. Ida Ayu Ika Wahyuniari, S.Ked., M.Kes., and dr. Ni Luh Gede Yoni Komalasari, PhD.
