2019 Surgical Study Program Anniversary
On August 10, 2019 in commemoration of the Anniversary of the Surgical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University – Sanglah Hospital held a Sharing Surgery event by visiting the "Tat Twam Asi" Orphanage located at jl. Jaya Giri Denpasar city. This event was attended by the surgical resident who was led directly by dr. I Ketut Wiargitha, SpB (K) Trauma as Head of the Surgical Study Program.
The event started at 10.00 and started with a prayer and remarks by the head of the study program. Then the event continued with a health discussion, a friendly event and several games involving all the residents who were present and the children who were in the orphanage.
In this event, dr. I Ketut Wiargitha, SpB (K) Trauma as the Head of the Surgical Study Program representing the surgical study program symbolically provided assistance in the form of donations of funds, food, and suitable clothing.
The event was closed with a photo session with the orphanage children and the caretakers of the orphanage who were present.
