Capacity Building is a work program of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) of the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program (PSSKM) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University which is held annually with its main activity being the provision of materials or education to participants. Capacity Building itself is divided into 2 agendas, the first agenda was carried out by the Special Division of Students Concerned with the Dangers of Tobacco (DK KMPT) on Saturday, April 12, 2025 as the opening of the Capacity Building activity itself with the theme "Breathe Fresh, Bright Future: With DK KMPT, We Shaping Smoke-Free Teenagers" which focuses on cigarettes in teenagers. This activity was attended by a number of invitees, namely the PSSKM Coordinator or representative, the DK KMPT Supervisor, the DK KMP KIA Supervisor, the BEM Chair, the HM Chair Representative, and the Head of DK KMPT for the 2025 period.

The next Capacity Building agenda was carried out by the Special Division of the Maternal and Child Health Care Student Community (DK KMP KIA) on Sunday, April 13, 2025 with the theme "Healthy Teenagers, Strong Future: A Journey with DK KMP KIA towards Anemia-Free Teenagers" which focused on the issue of anemia in adolescents which was attended by the Head of DK KMP KIA for the 2025 period. Both Capacity Building activities took place in the East Building of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

This activity was held with the aim of increasing awareness and responsiveness of PSSKM students regarding the importance of knowing the issues and problems regarding the dangers of tobacco and issues and problems regarding maternal and child health. This activity contains the provision of additional material provided by speakers who are experts in the fields of tobacco and maternal and child health.

The activity was continued with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session, where previously the participants had been formed into 4 groups by the committee. The purpose of this FGD is to train participants to actively participate in discussion activities, complete case studies related to the material that has been given by the speaker, and train participants' understanding of the material given, then participants can make presentations related to the results of the discussion to solve problems in the case study given. It is hoped that through this ongoing activity, it can provide many benefits and enjoyable experiences for both speakers, participants, committees, and all parties involved.
