AKA Social Service and HMKM Outreach 2020

The Public Health Student Association (HMKM) held an AKA social service and HMKM 2020 outreach event with the theme Smoke Free Beach For Healthy Tourism, with the aim of raising awareness of tourists and also the public to protect the environment, especially from cigarette butts because although it is a small waste, it has a big impact. great for the environment. HMKM chose Kuta beach because it is a tourist spot that has a lot of visitors and based on a survey there is a lot of garbage, especially cigarette butts. Based on the collection of cigarette butts that have been carried out, around 11,545 cigarette butts have been collected. This activity was attended by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance (Dr. AA Wiradewi) who represented the Dean because there was another agenda, the coordinator of the public health study program (dr. Ady Wirawan, Ph.D), the Bendesa adat village of Kuta, and Mr. Kertha Duana is a supervising lecturer from PSSKM. In addition, it was also attended by all LMFK, BSO, HM within the medical faculty, the committee also invited the community of SMP 1 Kuta, SMP 2 Kuta, SMA 1 Kuta, SMA 2, Poltekkes (Nutrition, Nurses, Midwives, Public Health), Undhira ( especially the Public Health study program). The event began with a speech from the chairman of the committee, remarks from the PS Coordise. Bachelor of Public Health (dr. Ady Wirawan, Ph.D) followed by remarks and opening the event by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance (Dr. AA Wiradewi).
