Asian Society for Vascular Surgery XX 2019
The Asian Society for Vascular Surgery XX 2019 meeting with the theme Vascular Surgery as a Breakthrough was held on 23-26 October 2019 at the Nusa Dua Convention Center.
Founded in 1992, the Asian Institute of Vascular Surgery has grown to include vascular specialists from 14 countries in Asia. The aim is to exchange knowledge about endovascular and surgical management of vascular disease, enhance research, and establish closer ties between vascular and endovascular specialists. The Institute annually provides many opportunities to meet international and regional experts and discuss important new ideas for improving clinical practice.
The Asian Society of Vascular Surgery 2019 took place in conjunction with the 14th Asian Venous Forum, the 10th Indonesian Society of Vascular and Endovascular, and the 6th Indonesian Venous Forum .
The program consists of 152 health topics and 7 workshops. The speakers consisted of 78 international speakers and 25 local speakers. At this meeting there was also an oral presentation which was attended by 90 participants from 13 countries with 27 judges from 9 countries.
At this event, dr. Citra Aryanti, resident in general surgery at Udayana University became the winner of the oral presentation session of Peripheral Arterial Disease entitled Bone-marrow or peripheral-blood-based mononuclear and mese n chymal steam cells theraphy for amputation prevention in peri p heral arterial disease: a meta-analysis of 10 years trends .
