Expanding International Cooperation Opportunities, FK Unud Receives Visit from Professor from Edinburgh University, Scotland

In order to support the internationalization of the institution and expand international cooperation, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud), Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes received a visit from Prof. David Weller from Edinburgh University, Scotland, at the Dean's Meeting Room, FK Unud Building, Denpasar. (6/1/2025)

The main agenda of this meeting was to discuss opportunities for cooperation in the fields of education, research and community service in the fields of Family Medicine and Primary Service Management. Also attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., PhD., Sp.KKLP., SubSp.COPC.,; representatives of the teaching staff of the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Dr. dr. Putu Aryani, S.Ked., MIH., Sp.KKLP, Sub.Sp.COPC., dr. Komang Ayu Kartika Sari, MPH., Dr. dr. Dyah Kanya Wati, Sp.A (K)., and Prof. Dr. dr. Cokorda Bagus Jaya Lesmana, Sp.KJ(K)., MARS., in this meeting also discussed the opportunities for research collaboration in the field of children and mental health, focusing on collaboration between family doctors in primary care with emergency services and referral hospitals.

This meeting is expected to initiate cooperation between FK UNUD and Edinburgh University in the future.
