Faculty Level Leadership Meeting November 2020

The Dean of FK Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT(K) led the FK Unud Leadership Meeting which was held via the Unud Webex media. This online leadership meeting was attended by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information Systems, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Heads, Head of Student Affairs Subdivision, Faculty of Medicine Unud.

On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. I Ketut Suyasa conveyed several things including:

1. A decree has been issued for the establishment of the Department of Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine and the election of dr. I Gede Ketut Sajinadiyasa SpPD-KP as Head of the Department/KSM Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine.

2. At the senate meeting, the process of establishing the Clinical Nutrition Specialist Study Program and the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist was initiated.

3. It has been proposed 4 (four) professor candidates

4. On December 5, 2020, the 139th graduation will be held.

5. The release of prospective graduates will be held on December 2, 2020.

6. The proposal for Sp-2 Obgyn and Surgery has been approved at the Commission 1 Meeting of the Udayana University Senate.

7. The independent campus learning program implemented by the Psychology Study Program has received assistance from LP3M

8. Cooperation Agreement has been signed between the Dean of Medical Faculty Unud and the Donggala Regency Government

9. In December there will be a Management Review Meeting

While the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Prof.Dr.dr. AA Wiradewi Lestari, S.Ked., SpPK(K) conveyed about:

1. The deadline for submitting the last SPJ is December 4, 2020

2. Submission of COVID-19 incentives for residents

3. Submission of the use of SPI by each Study Program

4. Ongoing construction and maintenance as well as procurement for equipment in the CVU Building

5. To all Kadep to communicate and encourage his staff to apply for a functional promotion

6. The second stage of the credential test will be continued

7. Submission of Satya Badges for lecturers and employees

9. Preparation for the accreditation of the Doctor of Medical Sciences

10. Letter of Assignment/Seminar Permit

Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes on this occasion said:

1. The Udayana University PKM team will enter the PIMNAS competition

2. Basic Exercises for a Semi-Autonomous Body

3. There will be an event to change the management of BEM, BP, BPM, Student Press Institution, and HM which will be held on December 11, 2020

Then the meeting continued with a discussion session regarding the constraints and proposals from all departments, study programs and units.
