FK Unud Graduates 377 Candidates for Graduation Period February 2025
The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) proudly graduated 377 prospective graduates, the event was held at Widya Sabha Building, Bukit Campus, Jimbaran. (20/02/2025)
The event was attended by the Director of Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Hospital, Chairman of PDGI Bali, President Director of Unud Hospital, President Director of RSGM Unud, Komkordik, Chairman of IDI Bali, Chairman of Ikayana Commissariat Faculty of Medicine, Vice Deans of FK Unud, Study Program Coordinators, Heads of Departments, and all prospective graduates.
The event began with a report on the release of prospective graduates by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of FK Unud, Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT (K), regarding the number of prospective graduates from each study program and the best graduates from each level of education.
In this February 2025 period, the title of best graduate was achieved by:
1. Dr. dr. Indira Dharmasamitha, Sp.KK., from P.S. Doctor of Medical Sciences
2. dr. Mutiara Insan Sangaji, M.Biomed.(AAM), from P.S. Master of Biomedical Sciences
3. dr. Handoko Hartanto, Sp.P.A., from P.S. Specialist in Anatomical Pathology
4. drg. Daniel Harley Harsono, S.KG., from P.S. Dentist Profession
5. Feren Linardi, S.KM., from P.S. Bachelor of Public Health
The event continued with the submission of graduates from the study program coordinators to the Dean, followed by the pronunciation and signing of the promise of young doctors and nursing graduates. The event continued with the symbolic handover of young doctor suits and nurse name tags. After the handover of the doctor's coat, the event continued with the pronunciation and signing of the oath of doctors and dentists by the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who was accompanied by the Chairman of IDI Bali and the Chairman of PDGI Bali. The doctors and dentists were confirmed in their oaths by the clergy.
The graduation ceremony was followed by the inauguration of Specialist Doctors, Doctors and Dentists by the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes. After the inauguration the event continued with the presentation of certificates to the best graduates, the inauguration of the release of prospective graduates and continued with remarks from the Dean of FK Unud and the President Director of RSUP Prof. dr IGNG Ngoerah, dr. I Wayan Sudana, M.Kes.
On this occasion the Dean of FK, Prof. Januartha expressed his congratulations and hopes to all prospective graduates and their families for their success in completing education at the Faculty of Medicine.
"As health workers, prioritize empathy for patients and the community. Provide services in a professional, ethical manner, and provide the best skills on duty so that they can make the alma mater proud. We also hope that graduates can continue to follow and improve their knowledge of the development of medical science so that they can continue to provide optimal services and compete with foreign health workers later." He said.
The event was closed with impressions and messages from representatives of prospective graduates for the February 2025 period.
