FK Unud Leadership Meeting October 2020

The Dean of FK Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT(K) led the FK Unud Leadership Meeting which was held via the Unud Webex media. This online leadership meeting was attended by Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Heads, Heads of Administrative Section, and Heads of Subdivisions at FK Unud.
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. I Ketut Suyasa conveyed several things including:
1. Already sent a letter to the Rector regarding the problem of cum laude graduation status from PSSKPD students due to the postponement of UKMPPD due to the pandemic.
2. The progress of the submission of proposals for SP-2 Internal Medicine is being processed at Dikti while SP-2 for Surgery and SP-2 Obgyn is being processed at LP3M Unud. For the next one that has the potential is the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation and the department of nutrition science to prepare documents for submitting a proposal for the formation of a study program
3. Lectures for undergraduate study programs have started and for the professions so that the Coordise Study Programs regulate their regulations in accordance with the health and safety protocols of the students.
4. I would like to thank all departments who have been so active in producing Scopus indexed writings.
5. The independent learning program which is the target of the performance of the Faculties and Universities which in this case the Psychology Undergraduate Study Program which is appointed to carry out, please arrange for the students to carry out this program immediately
Due to the fact that the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information has another agenda, on this occasion the Dean also submitted a report from the Student Affairs Division, namely the medals obtained for students during the Porseni. Natalis estimates are 1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze.
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Dr. dr. I Dewa Made Sukrama, MSi., SpMK(K) conveyed about:
1. Information regarding new student admissions that will soon be implemented for the Profession, Masters and PPDS programs.
2. The online release of Graduation Candidates which will be held on October 15, 2020 and Graduation which will be held on October 24, 2020
3. Information on the target performance contract/performance agreement where for this year we have two performance contracts based on the Rector's Performance contract with the Director General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance and the Chancellor with the Director General of Higher Education Kemendikbud
While the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Prof.Dr.dr. AA Wiradewi Lestari, S.Ked., SpPK(K) conveyed about:
1. Filling BKD continuously, the number of research credits is at least 2 credits per semester.
2. For study programs that apply for sapras, it is still in the procurement process
3. Internet procurement through e-catalogue is in the process of budget revision and next year all specialist study programs for internet procurement will use e-catalogue.
4. For undergraduate students who have entered the 9th semester and take courses <= 6 credits and have paid the full UKT, the UKT will be returned 50% after following the administrative procedures as stated in the circular.
5. For even semester 2020 publications indexed by Scoppus and Sinta 1 and 2, no reward in the form of remuneration will be given but publication incentives will be given.
6. Submission of aid funds for registration of publications to reputable scientific journals for the period September 2019-August 2020 to LP2M will be closed on October 31, 2020
Furthermore, the meeting can be continued with a discussion session related to obstacles and proposals from all departments, study programs and units.
