FK Unud Management Review Meeting 2024

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) held a Management Review Meeting regarding the results of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) that had been carried out by all study programs within the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, which took place in the Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik room, FK Unud Building, Denpasar. (11/19/24)

The Management Review Meeting was led directly by the Dean of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes., who on this occasion said that there were still findings that needed to be solved so that in the future they would no longer be findings and of course would have an impact on improving the quality of the teaching and learning process at the faculty.

This event was continued with the presentation of the AMI results by the Coordinator of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M) dr. I Made Winarsa Ruma, Ph.D and continued to discuss:

1. Implementation status report (AMI results) by LP3M/UP3M.

2. Follow-up results from previous management reviews.

3. Internal/external audit results.

4. Feedback from alumni/graduate users/collaboration partners/lecturers/students.

5. Process performance (management, service), suitability of graduate competencies.

7. Preventive and corrective actions.

8. Proposals for improving the quality management system.

9. Suggestions for improvement.

10. Report on achievement of quality targets.

11. Process performance and suitability of standard statements and indicators

12. Programs and achievement of quality targets.

13. Discussion by the Dean/Co-Prodi/Head-Organizational Unit within the FK Unud environment.

14. Identification of priority problems and recommendations for corrective/preventive actions.

15. Evaluation of the achievement of quality policies and quality targets.

16. Discussion of the quality management system.

17. Evaluation and conclusion of recommendations for corrective/preventive actions.

18. Report on achievement of quality targets.

This event was also attended by the Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Information Management and Cooperation Unit Coordinators (UPIKS), Research and Community Service Unit Coordinators (UP2M), Inter Professional Education (IPE) Unit Coordinators, Travel Medicine Unit Coordinators, Administration Coordinators, and Sub-Coordinators of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
