The Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information at FK Unud (Dr. I Made Sudarmaja) attended and opened the Forensic CPD event which was held in Room AA Made Djelantik.
The purpose of this event is to refresh the knowledge of doctors and nurses in medico-legal handling of living victims who have experienced physical or sexual violence, reminding them that forensics is not only dealing with corpses. Next destination
is to hone the skills of doctors in making Visum et Repertum victims live according to their competencies, as well as improving the quality of services received by victims of physical and sexual violence in health care facilities. To achieve this goal, leaders at
health service facilities should know the material and immaterial needs of health workers, victims, law enforcement, social workers, and other stakeholders in the implementation of clinical forensic services based on bioethical principles.
