Handover of the Decree of the Rector of Udayana University regarding the Appointment of Study Program Coordinators at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held a handover ceremony for the Decree of the Rector of Udayana University regarding the Appointment of the Study Program Coordinator and at the same time the handover of the Study Program Coordinator position which took place in dr. A. A Made Djelantik room. The event was attended by the Dean Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes who was accompanied by the Deputy Deans and the new and retired Study Program Coordinators.

In his speech, the Dean said that the change of leadership elements in the institution is a normal thing because there are no positions for life. Change of Study Program Coordinator is a common, and natural thing in an organization. The appointment of the Study Program Coordinator is in accordance with the regulatory rules issued by the Unud Chancellor which is the authority of the leadership element to determine but the leadership element already has one consideration in appointing the Study Program Coordinator. On this occasion, the Dean on behalf of the institution expressed his deepest gratitude to the retired Study Program Coordinators who for the past four years have contributed their time, thoughts and energy to advance their respective study programs. As for the new Study Program Coordinator, which is in accordance with the direction of the Unud Rector, there are several things that must be considered, i.e.  in carrying out the tasks the main objective that must be held is the Strategic Plan (Renstra) as signs for the study program to carry out its duties, main and functions as well as the importance to  observe and understand the key performance indicators that have been agreed in the Performance Contract.

The event closed with the handover of the Unud Rector's Decree regarding the Appointment of Study Program Coordinators by the Dean to the new Study Program Coordinators.
