Faculty of Medicine Unud held Hippocrates Medical Champion (HMC 2020). HMC is a national-scale competition whose elimination is carried out in 10 Offline Regions, namely North Sumatra, Jakarta, Bandung, DIY Yogyakarta, Malang, Surabaya, Bali NTT, NTB and North Sulawesi as well as one online region covering areas that the committee cannot afford. The competition stages begin with the preliminary round taking place on February 2, 2020 followed by the Semi-finals on February 15, 2020 and the Final and Grand Final on February 16, 2020.
The activity begins with a preliminary round, where team participants work on questions in 4 fields, namely chemistry, physics, biology and basic medical questions. Teams that pass the preliminary round will compete in the rally round to determine the best team, participants who fall in the rally round will compete in the revival round to determine the 3 revival winners. Teams that qualify in the rally and revival rounds will qualify as finalists. Then the final was held by answering 4 question areas via a laptop and GCS. From the final round, the best 5 teams will be determined who will compete in the grand final round by presenting the work in the form of ppt that has been made and the round of quiz competitions to determine the winner. The winners of the HMC competition are as follows:

The grand final event was attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information Systems who on this occasion represented the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, the Study Programs, student institutions and student associations within the Faculty of Medicine. The event was closed as well as the distribution of prizes to the winners by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information Systems.
