INCREASE BODY IMMUNE BY EXERCISE

Since the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic since March 2020, all types of activities, including work, education, trade, sports and other social activities, have been limited and some have even been eliminated. All residents are expected to follow the health protocols issued by the Ministry of Health in the form of an appeal to stay at home, use PPE (masks, gloves, face shields), social distancing, and maintain health with nutritious intake, multivitamins and independent exercise at home.

By implementing the health protocol, the PPDS of the surgical section of the Medical Faculty Unud-Sanglah Hospital did the same thing. To maintain stamina and body fitness, the PPDS of the surgical section of the Unud Medical Faculty- Sanglah Hospital carry out Futsal sports which are carried out regularly every Wednesday at 17.00-19.00 WITA. This Futsal activity itself is a positive activity which in addition to increasing endurance is also a place to stay in touch, build communication and togetherness among PPDS from junior to senior during this Covid-19 pandemic. Because by having a healthy body and feeling happy, our bodies will be able to fight the Covid 19 virus.

This Futsal activity is limited to 10 people with a game duration of approximately 2 hours. During breaks, PPDS keep their distance while still greeting and joking together, Washing hands before and after the game is still done, it's just that wearing a mask when playing futsal is still a difficult thing to do but still trying. Hopefully the PPDS surgical section will always be given health during the Covid 19 pandemic.
