Leadership Meeting (Online) May 2020

The Dean of FK Unud Prof. I Ketut Suyasa chaired the Leadership Meeting for the month of May 2020 which was held online. In this meeting, several topics of discussion were presented, including;
1. Discussing the obstacles while carrying out online lectures,
2. Procedures for improving webometrics through personal branding. It is expected that all lecturers and employees have a FB/IG/TWITTER/Linkedin/research gate using the UNUD email address
3. Approval of Donations for Covid-19 handling
4. Discussion on the mechanism for reducing or postponing UKT
5. Proposed Activities approved by the Chancellor for the rationalization of ATK RKA 2020
6. The 2021 budget ceiling has been approved by the Chancellor
7. The release of prospective graduates at FK, and graduation at Udayana University
8. Implementation of KKN
9. Monitoring and evaluation of learning during Covid-19
10. Implementation of new student admissions.
11. Submission of assignments from departments and study programs for covid-19 services
12. NIDK/NIDN proposal process
13. Komkordik Requests input for the preparation of the Ethics and Discipline book for students at Sanglah Hospital

Besides these 13 topics, the Dean also conveyed about updating lecturer profile data regarding, education, rank, and position at IMISSU

This online leadership meeting was attended by Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Heads, Heads of Administrative Section, and Heads of Subdivisions at FK Unud.
