National Computer-Based Test (CBT) Exam for the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

The Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held the National Computer-Based Test (CBT) Exam for the Psychiatry Specialist Education Program on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in the CBT Room, PSIK Building, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

This activity is part of the national competency evaluation for psychiatry specialist students to ensure the quality standards of education and competency of psychiatrists in Indonesia.

The exam was conducted in an orderly, professional manner, and in accordance with national medical education standards. The event was also attended by supervisors and teaching staff of the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, namely Prof. Dr. Cokorda Bagus Jaya Lesmana, dr., Sp.K.J., Subsp.K.(K), MARS, Coordinator of the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University; I Gusti Ayu Indah Ardani, dr., Sp.K.J., Subsp.A.R.(K), Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University; and all lecturers in the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program.

On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Cokorda Bagus Jaya Lesmana, Coordinator of the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, stated that the national CBT exam is an important part of maintaining the quality of psychiatry graduates.

"This national CBT exam serves as an objective evaluation of the academic competency of psychiatry students. We hope that all participants can demonstrate their best abilities and uphold professionalism and integrity in the medical education process," he said.

Meanwhile, I Gusti Ayu Indah Ardani, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, emphasized the importance of academic and mental preparation for the national exam.

"This exam not only measures participants' knowledge but also reflects the readiness of prospective psychiatrists to provide comprehensive and quality mental health services to the community. We appreciate all participants and the supervisory team for their excellent participation," he said.

The Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, also achieved a proud achievement, achieving a top 5 national CBT score. One of the participants who achieved this achievement was Dr. Irvin Marcel, with a score of 93. This achievement demonstrates the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University's commitment to maintaining the quality of psychiatry specialist education and producing graduates who are superior, competent, and competitive at the national level.

Through this National CBT Exam, the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, hopes to continue contributing to producing competent, professional, and highly integrated psychiatrists in mental health services in Indonesia.
