National Symposium and Workshop in Anti-Aging Medicine

The NASWAAM National Symposium and Workshop in Anti-Aging Medicine is an annual scientific activity organized by the Center for the Study of Anti-Aging Medicine, FK Unud in collaboration with the Indonesian Center for Anti-Aging Medicine (INCAAM), the Indonesian Association of Anti-Aging Medicine (InAAM) and Persandi (Association of Andrology Specialists). This year NASWAAM was held on 7-9 February 2020 at Prime Plaza Hotel, taking the theme of Practicing Anti-Aging Medicine to Improve all aspects of Life. Before being opened by the Chancellor of Unud, Prof. AA Raka Sudewi, Chair of the Committee, Prof. Wimpie Pangkahila, delivered his report, followed by a speech from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud and the Chair of PB IDI.

"Hopefully activities like this can spread anti-aging medicine, because after all the aging process will definitely happen and we can't avoid it," said Prof. I Ketut Suyasa.

The event was attended by 300 participants with speakers from within the country and from Japan. The speakers from Japan who attended this event were:
1. Prof. Masakiyo Sakahuchi, Ph.D
2. Hiroyuki Michiue, MD., Ph.D

This year's NASWAAM was supported by 24 exhibitors.
