The Dean of FK Unud gave a speech as well as opened the one day symposium "Female Genital Cosmetic Surgery" which took place at Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur Bali with Dr. Michael P. Goodman, MD. This symposium was attended by 75 participants from 84 people who registered. According to the organizing committee, the purpose of this symposium is to provide information along with the increasing interest of patients in cosmetic genital procedures over the last decade, for example the rate of labiaplasty in the United States increased by more than 50% between 2014 and 2018. This is a challenge for Indonesia in advancing science. genital cosmetic surgery in reconstructive surgery.
