Promoting Balanced Nutrition: HMKM FK Unud Hosts "Abhinaya 2026" Community Service at SDN 29 Pemecutan, Denpasar

The Public Health Student Association of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (HMKM FK Unud), successfully conducted a community service initiative titled "Abhinaya 2026." The event took place at SD Negeri 29 Pemecutan, Denpasar, on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

This social initiative serves as a tangible implementation of the *Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi* (Three Pillars of Higher Education), specifically in the realm of community service. Furthermore, the event was designed to provide a creative platform for public health students to share basic health education directly with elementary school students.

This year, Abhinaya 2026 adopted the theme "Citta Prakāśa: A Light of Change in Raising Public Health Awareness and Improving Health Behaviors." The students focused their educational materials on limiting daily sugar intake and introducing the concept of balanced nutrition for young children.

Through Abhinaya 2026, HMKM FK Unud hopes this educational activity will serve as an effective first step in fostering health awareness among children from an early age. By gaining a solid understanding of the dangers of excessive sugar consumption and the importance of balanced nutrition, students are encouraged to adopt clean and healthy lifestyles in their daily lives, paving the way for a better future.
