Proud Achievements of the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

The Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, has implemented the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by achieving several outstanding achievements at several regional, national, and international meetings, including:

1. Regional Scientific Meeting (PIR) of the Indonesian Psychiatric Association (PDSKJI) Yogyakarta-Solo-Semarang (Joglosemar), July 25-26, 2025. At the Symposium and Workshop, themed "Comprehensive and Holistic Approach: Religion/Spiritual and Electrophysiology" at the Patra Hotel, Semarang, a PPDS student, Dr. Komang Wiswa Mitra Kenwa, with an oral presentation entitled "Melik Spirituality in Balinese Culture: Between Meaning, Stigma, and Psychiatric Interpretation" under the guidance of Dr. I Gede Basudewa, Sp.KJ (K). and Dr. dr. Luh Nyoman Alit Aryani, Sp.KJ., Subsp. Ad. (K)., won second place in the oral presentation category.

2. The Regional Scientific Meeting (PIR) of the Indonesian Society of Mental Health (PDSKJI) for the Bali–Denpasar–NTB Region, in collaboration with the Geriatric Psychiatry and Culture Section, August 28–30, 2025, at the Prime Park Hotel & Convention Lombok, with the main theme: "Cultural Implications for the Life and Mental Health of the Elderly in the Era of Globalization." At the scientific forum, students from the Psychiatry Specialist Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, won three major awards:

2nd Place for Oral Presentation by Dr. I Komang Ana Mahardika

Title: Psychosis in the Elderly Due to Artificial Intelligence: A Systematic Review of Technology-Induced Psychotic Disorders in the Elderly in the Digital Age

3. International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP) Regional Conference, September 16-18, 2025. The conference theme was "Pioneering Addiction Science for Global Impact: Innovate, Integrate, Sustain," attended by representatives from 21 countries at the Kartika Plaza Hotel, Kuta. Dr. Savitri Yuanita, a Psychiatric Student of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, won 3rd place for her poster presentation entitled: "From Trauma to Trial: A Review of Childhood Trauma and Substance Abuse Risk in Children in Conflict with the Law." Supervisors: Dr. dr. Anak Ayu Sri Wahyuni, Sp.K.J.(K) and Dr. Luh Nyoman Alit Aryani, dr., Sp.K.J., Subsp.Ad.(K)

4. The PDSKJI National Congress (Konas) took place from November 6-9, 2025, at the Claro Hotel, Makassar, with the theme "Strengthening the Role of Psychiatrists Amidst Global Disruption in Achieving Golden Indonesia 2045: Ethical, Technological, Social, Demographic, and Urbanization Challenges." The PPDS Psychiatry students from the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, won three of the best posters out of 90 presented. They were:
