Quiz Item Analysis and CBT Block Management Training

The Undergraduate Medical Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held a Quiz Item Analysis and CBT Block Management Training in the Prof. Dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Meeting Room, Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University, Denpasar (May 18, 2026).

The purpose of this training was to ensure the validity of the final exam, which serves as a final evaluation of learning outcomes and as a reference for improving question content and providing feedback on material not yet understood based on the results of the item analysis evaluation. Item analysis is also used as a reference for prioritizing relearning for students who have not yet achieved the expected passing grade. Item analysis training is a crucial step in ensuring the quality of assessment conducted by the Undergraduate Medical Program, aiming to assess graduates' learning achievement in a more valid, reliable, objective, fair, accountable, transparent, and educational manner.

The Quiz Item Analysis and CBT Block Management Training began with remarks by the Undergraduate Medical Program Coordinator, Dr. The training was led by Dr. I Made Winarsa Ruma, S.Ked., Ph.D., followed by a presentation by Dr. Agus Eka Darwinata, S.Ked., Ph.D., a distance learning practitioner and the person in charge of the Moodle-based assessments implemented by the Undergraduate Medical Program.

The training was attended by the block managers for the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The event was also attended by the Undergraduate Medical Program Managers of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
