Responsible Environmental Sustainability Knowledge (RESIK) 2026

The Community Service Division of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held the Responsible Environmental Sustainability Knowledge (RESIK) 2026 activity with the theme "RESIK: Clean Today, Save the Coast Tomorrow" on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Padang Galak Beach.

This community service activity was a collaboration with the Environment Conservative and Clean Up Initiative (ECCI), a function under the Community Service Department of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and the Bali Lebih Bersih community. The activity was attended by students from the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and high school students in the Denpasar area.

The series of activities included an opening ceremony, an educational session on waste management and sorting, waste sorting practices, a beach clean-up, a break, and a closing ceremony, which concluded with a group documentary.

Through the RESIK 2026 activity, it is hoped that participants can increase awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness, especially in coastal areas, and adopt the habit of sorting waste as a simple but impactful step in supporting environmental sustainability.
