The Undergraduate Psychology Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held a workshop on measuring CPL in learning assessment as an implementation of OBE. The workshop took place in the Prof. Dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Meeting Room, 4th floor, Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University, Denpasar. (Tuesday, July 7, 2026)
The workshop was divided into two sessions. The first session discussed "Measuring CPL in Learning Assessment as an Implementation of OBE" by Ir. Ainul Ghurri, ST., MT., Ph.D., moderated by Komang Rahayu Indrawati, S.Psi, M.Si., followed by the second session, "CPL Measurement in Learning Assessment as an Implementation of OBE" for lecturers from the Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, moderated by Luh Made Karisma Sukmayanti Suarya, S.Psi, M.A.
The event began with remarks from the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Psychology Study Program, Made Diah Lestari, S.Psi., M.Psi., Ph.D., and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT., Subsp.Onk.Ort.R(K)., who also officially opened the workshop.
In his remarks, the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Psychology Study Program stated that today's activities were part of the ongoing curriculum update process initiated in 2026 and the previous year. The Undergraduate Psychology Program is currently awaiting the new curriculum, along with academic guidelines, an impactful internship guidebook, and final project recognition, for immediate approval by the senate. This curriculum is expected to be fully implemented in the 2026/2027 academic year.
"Curriculum updates must not stop at the document or curriculum book level alone. It requires assurance that the planned learning outcomes (CPL) can truly be achieved and produce graduates with profiles that meet market needs," said Diah Lestari.
Meanwhile, Prof. Eka expressed her appreciation for the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation workshop initiated by the Undergraduate Psychology Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. She noted that this activity was extraordinary because it involved not only internal campus participants but also synergized with psychology associations throughout Bali.
"We hope that all study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, will implement the OBE system, where graduate learning outcomes (CPL) can be directly evaluated through the SIMAK system, as well as curriculum changes that are a modern requirement to meet the competencies needed by today's stakeholders," said Prof. Eka.
The event was also attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., the Undergraduate Study Program Coordinators, representatives from the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M), representatives from the Travel Medicine Unit, and all lecturers from the Undergraduate Psychology Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. Workshop participants included representatives from the Psychology Program at Dyana Pura University, the Psychology Program at Bali Dwipa University, the Psychology Program at Bali International University, the Psychology Program at the National Education University, and the Psychology Program at Triatma Mulya University.
