To Enhance Teamwork in Support of Integrity Zone Development, Udayana University's Faculty of Medicine Holds Outbound-Based Team Building for Educational Staff

To support the development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Zone (WBK), the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) held an Outbound-Based Team Building Activity at Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli, on Sunday, December 21, 2025. This activity aimed to develop individuals and their teams through outdoor activities focused on strengthening teamwork, improving communication, and honing interpersonal skills such as leadership and problem-solving at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

The event, held in a friendly and family-like atmosphere, was attended by the Dean and Vice Deans, the Administrative Coordinator and Sub-Coordinators, and all educational staff at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. The event began with remarks by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., advised the educational staff to maintain unity and solidarity to support the institution's vision and mission, as well as the development of the Integrity Zone at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, particularly to strengthen communication and teamwork. Furthermore, the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Medicine (FK) of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Muliarta, S.Ked., M.Kes., delivered remarks. He conveyed that the educational staff had worked hard throughout the year. He hoped that this outbound activity would relieve the tensions of the past year. He hoped that going forward, they could work even better by improving communication and teamwork, thereby contributing to the institution's best efforts.

This outbound activity featured speakers from the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University: Komang Rahayu Indrawati, S.Psi., M.Si., Psychologist; Ida Ayu Kusumaastuti Widihapsari, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist; Putu Yoga Sukma Pratama, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist; and I Gede Dhika Widarnandana, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist from Dhyana Pura University.

Following the opening remarks, the event continued with a game session where the education staff and leaders were divided into several groups to participate in competitions that honed cohesiveness, communication, teamwork, and built trust among participants.

Furthermore, the leaders and education staff made a joint commitment, marked by their fingerprints on a commitment tree. This commitment aimed to foster a shared commitment to teamwork, particularly in presenting and analyzing decisions or problems in a visual and structured manner, starting with problem mapping, evaluating consequences, facilitating decision-making, and establishing clear communication.

The event concluded with the presentation of prizes to the winning groups and a group photo session.
