Udayana University Faculty of Medicine Graduates 365 Prospective Graduates for February 2026
The Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University (FK Unud) proudly graduated 365 prospective graduates. The graduation ceremony was held at the Widya Sabha Building, Bukit Campus, Jimbaran. (February 26, 2026)
The graduation ceremony for the February 2026 FK Unud graduates was attended by the President Director of Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital, the Director of Unud Hospital, the Director of Unud General Hospital, the Head of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Bali Region, a representative of the Head of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IFI) Bali Region, a representative of the Faculty of Medicine Commissariat, the Vice Deans of FK Unud, the Study Program Coordinators, the Coordinators of the KP3 Unit, and all prospective graduates.
The ceremony began with a graduation report from the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of FK Unud, Prof. Dr. In his opening remarks, Dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., announced the number of prospective graduates from each study program and the top graduates from each level of education.
For the February 2026 term, the top graduates were:
1. Dr. dr. I Gusti Ngurah Putra Eka Santosa, M.Fis., from the Doctoral Program in Biomedical Sciences
2. Dr. Ni Made Dian Hartaningsih, S.Ked.M.Biomed (IKD)., from the Master's Program in Biomedical Sciences
3. Dr. Felicia Aviana, Sp.M.K. from the Clinical Microbiology Specialist Program
4. Dewa Ayu Eka Agustiniari, S.Kes., Ftr., from the Physiotherapy Program
5. I G Mahapraja Divasta, S.Ked., from the Physiotherapy Program Bachelor of Medicine
The next event was the handover of graduates from the Study Program Coordinators to the Dean, followed by the recitation and signing of the oath of Junior Doctors and Junior Dentists. The event continued with the symbolic presentation of the Junior Doctors and Junior Dentists' coats. Following the coat presentation, the event continued with the recitation and signing of the oath by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT., Subsp.Onk.Ort.R(K)., who was accompanied by the Chair of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Bali, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., the Representative of the Chair of the IFI Bali Region, I Made Niko Winaya, SKM., S.St.FT., M.Fis., along with the doctors and physiotherapists, whose oaths were affirmed by the clergy.
The graduation ceremony continued with the inauguration of the Specialist Doctors and Physicians by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT., Subsp.Onk.Ort.R(K).
Following the inauguration, the ceremony continued with the presentation of certificates to the top graduates, the inauguration of the graduates, and remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, and the President Director of Prof. Dr. IGNG Ngoerah General Hospital, Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Ketut Sukadarma, S.Kp., M.Kes.
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine congratulated the graduates and their parents, as this marks the first step in their journey. The lecturers have provided them with the necessary training to prepare them as healthcare professionals, but the true test lies in their direct involvement in the community. Therefore, we urge the graduates to truly serve the community and safeguard our beloved alma mater.
"In the world of healthcare, technological developments are so rapid, we hope to continue upgrading ourselves through education and participating in other activities. Upon graduation, you will become alumni, and therefore, we sincerely hope that alumni will continue to provide input to our alma mater on improving the curriculum of study programs and faculties to meet the needs of the community," added Prof. Eka.
The event concluded with impressions and messages from representatives of prospective graduates for the February 2026 term.
