Udayana University Faculty of Medicine Leadership Meeting, March 2026

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held its March 2026 Leadership Meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026, in the Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik Room, 4th Floor, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Denpasar. (12/03/2026)

The meeting began with a presentation by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud), Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K)., who addressed several points related to the 2026 Performance Agreement between the Dean and the Rector, the opening of new study programs, study program accreditation in 2026, staff transfers, research grants, and directives for the participation of the entire academic community in the culmination of the 64th BKFK.

The event then continued with a presentation by the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Muliarta, S.Ked., M.Kes., announced the deadlines for completing the BKD SIMDOS and SISTER forms, emphasizing that all lecturers adhere to the deadlines and check the assessor assessment results. He also highlighted the importance of improving lecture infrastructure and facilities as part of efforts to support a smooth educational process. He further addressed the 6.4% budget realization for the first quarter of the 2026 academic year. He directed study programs and units to implement their budgets according to the quarterly target schedules outlined in the Operational Guidelines (POK) of the 2026 Work Budget Plan (RKA), as well as staff transfers and lecturer career development.

The presentation continued with a discussion session, which concluded with the signing of the 2026 Performance Agreement between the Dean and the Study Program Coordinators within the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
