Udayana University Faculty of Medicine Leadership Meeting: Year-End Reflection for 2025

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held its December Leadership Meeting, a year-end reflection for 2025, on Monday, December 29, 2025, in the Dr. A.A. Made Djelantik Room, 4th Floor, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University Building, Denpasar. (29/12/2025)

The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K)., and attended by the Vice Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Department Heads, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators, and Sub-Coordinators.

The meeting began with a presentation from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K)., delivered several keynote addresses:

1. Establishing a National and International University Grant Winning Team

2. Establishing a Lecture Room PIC Team

3. Improving Facilities and Infrastructure for Specialist and Sub-Specialist Study Programs

4. Improving LBT Lab Services and Business Units

5. Establishing Business Service Tariffs

6. Developing an International Class for the Undergraduate Medical Program

7. Establishing a Joint/Double Degree Program for the Undergraduate Nursing Program

8. Developing a Wellness Corner

The event continued with presentations from the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Acting Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D., presented on:

1. Quarter IV Performance Achievements

2. Study Program Accreditation

3. Progress in the Establishment and Development of New Study Programs and Departments

4. Preparation for International Classes

5. Collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in 2025

Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Muliarta, S.Ked., M.Kes., presented on:

1. Rector's Regulation No. 2 of 2013 concerning provisions for study assignments

2. ⁠Absorption capacity for the 2026 budget allocation should be carefully considered

3. Transfer of educational staff

4. Budget absorption for the 2025 budget

5. Discussion of issues in the procurement process

Following the presentation, a discussion session continued.
