Undergraduate Dentistry Program at FK Unud Successfully Holds Graduation Ceremony for 86 Students

The Undergraduate Dentistry Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud), successfully held a graduation ceremony (*yudisium*) for its dentistry students. This solemn event took place at the Prof. Dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Meeting Room, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, on Friday, July 31, 2026.

The event began with a report presented by the Education Coordinator of the Undergraduate Dentistry Study Program, drg. Putri Rejeki, M.Kes. In her report, she announced that there were 86 participants in this graduation ceremony. The cohort composition consisted of one student from the Class of 2018, one from the Class of 2020, two from the Class of 2021, and a majority of 82 students from the Class of 2022.

The agenda continued with remarks from the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Dentistry Study Program, drg. I Gusti Agung Dyah Ambarawati, M.Biomed. On this occasion, she also announced the list of the top 10 graduates:

Following the announcement of the top graduates, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning at FK Unud, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH, Ph.D., delivered a warm address. He expressed his deep appreciation to the Study Program Coordinator and the person in charge of Dental Education for guiding and supporting the students until they officially earned the Bachelor of Dentistry (S.KG.) degree.

"Congratulations to the students who have officially earned the Bachelor of Dentistry degree. Armed with the knowledge and experience gained during your education alongside your lecturers, may this learning serve as a solid foundation for you to step into the professional phase with confidence and high enthusiasm," said Prof. Ady.

He also highlighted the importance of the upcoming professional phase (clinical clerkship).

"In the professional phase ahead, you will not only deepen your clinical competencies and soft skills but also learn to collaborate within broader healthcare teams alongside colleagues from various other health professions, all to provide the best possible care to the community," added Prof. Ady.
