Upgrading BEM-HM Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

In order to increase the potential of the functionaries of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (BEM FK Unud) and six Student Associations of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, BEM FK Unud held a virtual BEM-HM Upgrading activity through the Zoom Meetings application.

This activity was attended and opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr.dr.Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes who in his speech mentioned the importance of this activity and appreciated the organizing committee for organizing this activity.

“As an organizer, you need a skill which of course requires a process. Over time, the demands will be higher. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a process to improve self-quality,” he said.

The chairman of the committee, I.A. Surya Nimayadi Wijantari said that this activity aims to increase the potential of BEM and HM FK Unud administrators and strengthen harmonious relations between BEM and HM FK Unud. Participants who attended this activity amounted to 335 people from the BEM FK Unud management and 6 HMs in the Udayana FK environment.

Upgrading BEM-HM 2022 was carried out for 2 days, namely 22-23 February 2022. On the first day, there was a presentation of material which of course could be useful for BEM and HM FK Unud functionaries. There are 3 (three) speakers, namely:

1. I Gusti Agung Ayu Berlian Audya Parimayuna, S.KM., M.P.H with the material "Effective Communication: Successful Strategies During Management".

2. Bryan Gervais de Liyis with the material “Lecture or Organization? Manage Your Time to Get Them Both!”.

3. I Gusti Ayu Candra Dewi with the material "Bonding Between Management for Building Solidarity of Mind".

The first day of the 2022 BEM-HM Upgrading activity system is the presentation of material from speakers or speakers followed by discussion sessions to increase participants' understanding.
