*FK Unud, Bali Provincial Health Office, and Bali Region IDI Give Appreciation to Pangdam IX/Udayana In order to realize the synergy of the TNI with academics, bureaucracy, and professions in the era of adaptation to new life towards Bali Rise of Advanced Indonesia*

The Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University together with the Bali Provincial Health Office and the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) for the Bali Region gave appreciation in the health sector to Pangdam IX/Udayana, Wednesday (9/9/2020). The activity, which was held in Room AA Made Djelantik, Faculty of Medicine, was attended by the Military Commander IX/Udayana who was accompanied by Kasdam, Irdam, KaPokSahli and Danrem 163/Wirasatya along with all ranks of the Main Officials of Kodam IX/Udayana, Unud Chancellor, Chair of the Unud Senate, Unud Vice Chancellors. , Dean of Medical Faculty Unud, Head of Bali Provincial Health Office, President Director of Sanglah Hospital, Director of Unud RSPTN, Chair of IDI Bali Region, Deans, Director of Postgraduates, and students.

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof.Dr.dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT(K) said, through this activity, the ranks of the health team gave appreciation to Kodam IX/Udayana and the ranks who have worked together in tackling Covid-19. This appreciation also strengthens the ties of friendship and strengthens the synergy that has existed between academia, the bureaucracy, and the profession towards Bali Bangkit Indonesia Maju.

Udayana University Chancellor, Prof. Dr. dr. AA Raka Sudewi, Sp., S(K) hopes that the synergy between academics, bureaucracy, and professions must be maintained to jointly tackle Covid-19. Moreover, Covid-19 can only be fought by moving together.

Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Kurnia Dewantara expressed his gratitude for the appreciation given to Pangdam IX/Udayana and his staff. According to Major General TNI Kurnia Dewantara, this appreciation is a new encouragement as well as a challenge for the Pangdam IX/Udayana and his staff to always give the best to the community, as well as strengthen synergy with various elements of society, such as the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, the Bali Provincial Health Office, and the Association of Indonesian National Armed Forces. Indonesian Doctors (IDI) for the Bali Region to jointly tackle Covid-19.

In order to cope with Covid-19, the Pangdam IX/Udayana and his staff collaborated with various parties to carry out a number of efforts to overcome Covid-19, such as conveying inputs from the community to policy makers in the regions to help formulate policies for overcoming Covid-19, holding webinars on therapy. Convalescent Plasma to the community, mobilizing Babinsa to collaborate with the Police and Pecalang in villages in the context of socializing health protocols, as well as assisting the government and the community to increase donors of Convalescent Plasma Therapy.
