Coordination Meeting (Online) on Evaluation of Services and Education at Sanglah Hospital

Responding to the current Covid-19 pandemic condition and so that the Services and Educational Process can continue to be carried out properly at Sanglah Hospital, the Dean of FK Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B., Sp.OT(K) together with the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr. dr. I Dewa Made Sukrama, MSi., SpMK(K), Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Dr. dr. AA Wiradewi Lestari, S.Ked., SpPK, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes along with the Director of Human Resources and Education at Sanglah Hospital Dr dr Ketut Surya Negara, Sp. OG (K), MARS, All Study Program Coordinators and Head of the Department of Medical Faculty Unud held a Coordination Meeting (Online) on Service and Education Evaluation at Sanglah Hospital.

The Dean of FK Unud, Prof. I Ketut Suyasa in the meeting conveyed several things including:
1. It is necessary to take strategic steps in terms of services at the RSUP to prevent local transmission that occurs in the RSUP.
2. Education for Young Doctors in the next semester will be combined Online and Offline
3. The need to design restrictions on the red, yellow and green zones at Sanglah Hospital in order to prevent local transmission.
4. Importance of PPE Strengthening
5. For Coorprodi Coordinators to assign residents to hospitals only as needed
6. Limitation of the number of visitors per day to the polyclinic.
7. Assign Komkordik to make regulations regarding the assignment of Young Doctors (Koas) during the current pandemic in welcoming the new order era.
8. Use of telemedicine to patients.
9. Propose new work uniforms for medical personnel
