Covid-19 which is designated as a global pandemic by WHO and a national disaster by the Indonesian government has had an impact not only on public health but also on various aspects of people's lives. Every effort is being made to stop the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, which is currently growing rapidly.

To overcome this pandemic, real efforts are needed from all communities and components of the nation according to their respective roles, functions and areas of expertise.

Prevention efforts can be done by increasing the body's immunity through various efforts including by utilizing natural materials and appropriate physical exercise.

The Doctoral Study Program of Medical Sciences at Udayana University with several scientific concentrations, especially the Department of Biomedicine and Sports Physiology, has conducted research and studies on this matter.

So that through this webinar opportunity, it is the responsibility of an academician and researcher to try to contribute ideas related to the potential of natural materials and physical exercise to increase immunity to Covid-19 in the form of scientific seminars.

This seminar aims to jointly identify the potential of natural materials and physical exercise to increase immunity against Covid-19 so that efforts can be made to prevent Covid-19 infection.

The webinar which was held online with the host centered in the Prof Ngurah Meeting room, opened by the Dean of FK Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, SpB, SpOT(K) and attended by 900 participants from all over Indonesia and some from abroad. The seminar featured 3 speakers:

1. Dr. dr. I Dewa Made Sukrama, M.Sc., Sp.MK(K)

convey the topic; Immune response to COVID-19 infection and efforts to improve it

2. Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Jawi, M.Kes

convey the topic; The potential of herbal medicine as an antiviral for Covid-19

3. Dr. dr. I Putu Adiartha Griadhi, S.Ked., M. Fis., AIFO delivered the topic ; Physical exercise to increase immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic

The event ran smoothly with the delivery of interesting material and very critical discussions.
