Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University Receives Visit from Faculty of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, Nusa Cendana University in Preparation for Construction of CBT Room and Skill Lab

Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (FK Unud) received a comparative study visit from Faculty of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, Nusa Cendana University which took place in Prof. Dr. I Goesti Ngoerah Gde Ngoerah Room, Faculty of Medicine Building, Udayana University, Denpasar. (12/27/2024)

The purpose of this comparative study was to see the standards of Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill Lab rooms at FK Unud in preparation for the construction of CBT and Skill Lab rooms at Faculty of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, Nusa Cendana University. The team from Nusa Cendana University was led by the Coordinator of the Doctoral Profession, dr. Ika Febianti Buntoro, M.Sc., accompanied by Dr. dr. Nicholas Edwin Handoyo, M.Med.Ed along with three technical staff who were received by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Medical Study Program, dr. I Wayan Sumardika, S.Ked., M.Med.Ed., Ph.D., accompanied by the Computer Based Test (CBT) Unit Coordinator dr. I Gusti Made Gde Surya Chandra Trapika, S.Ked., M.Sc., Ph.D., and the Skill Lab Unit Coordinator Dr. dr. I Gusti Ayu Artini, S.Ked., M.Sc.

In his speech, dr. Sumardika expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the trust in the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University as a place for comparative studies in order to develop the Computer Based Test (CBT) room and Skill Lab room at the Faculty of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, Nusa Cendana University.

"Actually, our CBT Room and Skill Lab Room are not yet ideal, but they have met the standards for implementing the national exam because the initial construction, the room was not designed for that room but we are trying to meet the standards that we can meet. Now our obstacle is to arrange the exam schedules because both rooms are used by all study programs and we have 37 study programs, maybe our future plan is to expand especially the CBT room or utilize the new building of Bukit Jimbaran campus. Hopefully, by holding this comparative study, it can provide input in preparing the construction of the Computer Based Test (CBT) room and Skill Lab room at the Faculty of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, Nusa Cendana University," added dr. Sumardika.

After the opening of the event, a discussion session was continued and continued with a visit to the Computer Based Test (CBT) room and Skill Lab room.
