Increasing the Competency of the Voluntary Nursing Team, HMIK Holds VNT TRAINING 2024
In order to improve the competence of the Voluntary Nursing Team (VNT), the Nursing Student Association, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (HMIK FK Unud) is holding VNT Education and Training 2024 (DIKLAT VNT) with the theme "Level Up Your Skills to Invest In Better You " took place in Lecture Room 3.02 Psychology Building on Saturday, April 27 2024.
DIKLAT VNT 2024 is a work program in the Nursing Science Student Association (HMIK) which aims to develop the resources of members of the Special Division of Voluntary Nursing Team (VNT) in the field of emergencies and nature lovers, improve members' soft skills and hard skills, as well as develop insight and members' abilities in the field of emergencies.
In this DIKLAT there are several forms of series of activities including: providing materials, case studies, simulations, activity evaluations, and finally, in the form of inaugurations. This activity was opened directly by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Nursing and Nurse Professional Education Study Program, Dr. NS. Ni Ketut Guru Prapti, S.Kep., MNS. The Day 1 VNT 2024 Education and Training Event (DIKLAT) was also attended by Lecturers from the Nursing Undergraduate Study Program and Nursing Professional Education as well as representatives of BEM and LMFK.
The series of activities includes providing materials:
1. "Wound Management, Bleeding and Shock" presented by Ns. Nyoman Agus Jagat Raya, S.Kep., MNS
2. "Handling Sprains, Strains, Bandages, Splints and Stretchers" presented by one of the lecturers from the Nursing Study Program, namely Ns. I Gusti Ngurah Juniartha, S.Kep., M.Kep.
The hope is that by holding this VNT DIKLAT activity, prospective VNT XV members can develop and enrich their insight in the field of nursing, especially in the field of first aid and emergencies.
