Internal Training is part of the Work Program of the Human Resources Development Commission (PSDM) or Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) of the Student Representative Council (DPM) of FK Unud which facilitates its members to be able to improve their skills in committees and organizations as material for preparing themselves to become competent legislators. reliable in carrying out management.

This year's Internal Training carries the theme "Unity Divergence to Find the Treasure" with the aim of being able to unite all differences to form the vision and mission of DPM FK Unud. This activity will take place for two days, namely March 16–17 2024, which will take place in Lecture Room 4.2, East Building, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

Internal training was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes, in his speech conveyed the importance of the DPM's role in the legislative function of student aspirations and his hopes for council members to develop the function in a good way.

This activity was attended by all members of the Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University who attended offline by presenting two speakers, namely:

1. Jody Erlangga, S.Ked with the topic "Analyze and Solve Problems in Organizations Through Critical and Creative Thinking"

2. Katherine Silvania, S.Ked with the topic "Building Unified Identity: How Personal Branding Enhances Organizational Pride"

From the two materials, it is hoped that they will be able to develop creative critical thinking and branding so that they can contribute to facilitating the welfare of students at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
