Leadership Meeting May 2022

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes. held an offline Leadership Meeting which took place in the meeting room of dr. A.A Made Djelantik. The Leadership Meeting in May 2022 was attended by the Deputy Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators and Sub Coordinators of the Unud Medical Faculty.


The event began with the signing of a Performance Agreement between the Dean and Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators and Unit Coordinators, followed by the submission of a new Head of Department Decree and a Coordination Decree for the Coordination of Professional Education Implementing Units, PPDS, Subspecialists.


On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University along with the Deputy Deans conveyed some information, which was initiated by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine regarding:

1. Accreditation of all Study Programs has obtained maximum results and needs to be maintained or improved to get Superior

2. The submission of the BTKV Study Program has been approved by the Senate of Udayana University which will be continued to Dikti

3. An appeal to participate in anticipating acts of bullying and sexual violence in the campus environment considering the formation of the Udayana University PPPKS Task Force

4. Key Performance Indicators (IKU) in the Performance Agreement between the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and the Coordinator of Study Programs, Head of Department and Unit Coordinator


Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, S.Ked., Sp.OT(K) conveyed several things regarding:

1. Accreditation and certification of Study Programs at FK Unud and targets for future accreditation

2. The team that UP2M will form to obtain national and international grants

3. Textbook Writing Grant

4. Study Program Accreditation Schedule


Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes conveyed several things regarding:

1. Execution of budget execution for facilities and infrastructure needs

2. Number of retiring FK Unud human resources and the number that has been proposed as a replacement

3. Budget absorption for study programs/units that obtain a budget ceiling

4. Capital expenditure procurement process


Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information Prof. dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D conveyed several things regarding:

1. Information related to improving student achievement

2. Information related to the SOP for the student guidance and counseling process

3. An appeal for study programs whose websites do not use the unud.ac.id domain to migrate immediately

4. Cooperation that can be recognized as a value (recognized) in IKU-6 types of cooperation partners

5. Appeal for study programs to send information or news drafts related to activities carried out in study programs

6. The number of proposals from Udayana University that passed funding in 2022 was 5 proposals (2 proposals from FK)

7. Formation of Assistant Lecturers to improve the quality of PKM proposals in 2023


The event continued with discussions and reports from Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators and Unit Coordinators.
