This year's Lung VI PKB activity took the theme "Update on the Management of Lung Disease and Respiration Facing Global Climate Change". This activity will last for 2 days, namely 27-28 April 2024 and is located at the Aston Hotel Denpasar.


The Lung VI PKB activity was attended by the Coordinator of the Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine Specialist Study Program, the Head of the Department of Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, all staff and PPDS Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, as well as

118 participants came from all over Indonesia, including Bali, DKI Jakarta, Bangka Belitung, and Papua. Starting with a prayer, this activity was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M. Kes. In his speech he appreciated the Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine Study Program for holding this activity regularly. He also said that the PKB theme this time was an important issue that WHO was currently paying attention to. He hopes that all participants who attend can make the best use of this opportunity to increase their knowledge so that it can be applied in everyday life.


This activity consisted of 8 symposiums and presented 19 speakers. All participants participated in the activity enthusiastically until the end of the event. The activity closed with the announcement of the winner of the photo competition, the best questioner, and a door prize drawing.
