Health service activities in Sepang Village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency are carried out based on requests from the community in the village, especially from the Sumber Rejeki Farmer Group, Sepang Village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency. Health services were carried out on November 18, 2018 starting at 09.00 – 15.00 WITA at the Sepang Village Hall. Health services involve Internal Medicine Specialists, General Practitioners and the Busungbiu Health Center. Participants of this health service are all members of farmer groups and all elderly residents in Sepang Village. The health services provided include checking blood pressure and other vital signs, checking nutritional status, history taking, physical examination, supporting examinations in the form of uric acid examination and blood sugar examination. The therapy given is pharmacological therapy in the form of oral and topical drugs. For health service participants who are detected as having diabetes mellitus and hypertension, in addition to receiving medication during service, it is also recommended/referred to the nearest Puskesmas for regular treatment so that their blood sugar and blood pressure can be well controlled. Health services run smoothly and all people who attend receive health services.
