Trilogy One Day Training 2024 "Building Volunteerism Competence of Psychology Freshmen in Multicultural Society"

The Special Division of the Psychology Volunteer Team of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University held Trilogi One Day Training (TODT) 2024, an intensive training for new students to prepare them as volunteers in a multicultural society. The activity, which was held at the 4th Floor Lecture Room of the Psychology Building (2/11/2024), aimed to introduce new students to the basics of volunteerism and safety procedures in the campus environment. This activity is specially packaged to equip participants with initial insights into the role of psychology-based volunteers and an understanding of evacuation routes on campus in emergency situations.


With the theme "Volunteering in Diversity: How to be a Volunteer in a Multicultural Society" TODT 2024 is expected to provide an in-depth understanding of cultural sensitivity and the skills needed in cross-cultural situations. Participants were given various materials such as Psychological First Aid (PFA), basic concepts of volunteerism, and Safety Briefing guidelines to ensure safety in various situations while on duty as well as introducing evacuation routes in the Psychology Building.


This one-day activity did not only focus on theory, but also involved simulations and practical sessions that allowed participants to directly apply the knowledge they gained.
