Upgrading the Environmentally Concerned Student Community at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University


The Environmental Care Student Community Upgrading Activity (KMPL) is a work program under the auspices of the KMPL Human Resources Development (PSDM) division, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This activity aims to improve soft skills for administrators and members of KMPL FK Unud. Upgrading KMPL 2024 has the theme "Synergy in Leadership, Increased Collaboration through Strategic Leadership" which aims to develop synergistic leadership skills, in dealing with environmental issues by implementing increased collaboration between team members through a leadership approach, as well as providing an in-depth understanding of how leadership works. can advance organizational goals together. The 2024 KMPL Upgrading was held on Saturday, March 16 2024, at the CVU Building, Tjokorda Rai Room, 3rd Floor.


It was attended by the entire KMPL SINERGI AVIRAMA Management and enlivened by several Core Class of 2022, and the Young Class of 2023.


The 2024 Upgrading was guided by 2 (two) moderators, the first being Ni Made Dwi Utami and the second being Dewa Ayu Manis Parwati, and presenting 2 resource persons, namely:

1. Luh Gede Agustini Candra Putri with the topic Green Leadership Collaboration


2. Sahara Putri Ayu Kenanga Gunawan, S.KM with the topic Biopot Replacement for Polybags


The event began with remarks from the chairman of the committee, Kadek Titania Deswita Jayatri, who in his speech said that this upgrading activity was very important for the management and members of KMPL, which was useful for improving soft skills. With the theme raised, it is hoped that we can develop synergistic leadership skills in order to realize organizational goals together.

 

The event was opened by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. Dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, S.Ked., MPH., Ph.D., who in his speech said that currently we are not free from environmental problems. With the existence of the Environmental Care Student Community, it is hoped that it can set an example and develop new innovations to overcome environmental problems. With this upgrading activity, it is hoped that all members will understand what the speaker is giving and can apply it later in the surrounding environment. And after this event it is hoped that participants will really be upgraded.


This event was also attended by the Chair of BEM FK Unud, Bonifasius Alvianto Satria Pamungkas, Chair of KMPL for the 2024 period Ni Wayan Feby Anjelita as well as representatives of the FK Unud Student Association and Representatives of the semi-autonomous Body of FK Unud.
